By using HeartScript Studio™, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
HeartScript Studio provides digital Living Card experiences—personalized, privately hosted greeting experiences delivered via invitation link. Features and delivery timing depend on the package you purchase.
Your content
You represent that you have the right to upload and share all photos, text, audio, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to fulfill your order.
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, or hateful content. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms.
Orders, payment, and delivery
- Prices are shown at checkout and processed through Stripe.
- Instant-delivery packages are typically available shortly after successful payment.
- Studio-care packages (Signature, Tribute) include preparation within the timeframe stated at purchase.
- Private invitation links are for personal sharing unless you choose to distribute them more broadly.
Revisions and refunds
Revision allowances follow your package tier. Refund requests are considered for failed delivery or material service errors. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.
Hosting period
Each package includes a private hosting period (shown at purchase). After that period, experiences may no longer be available at the same link.

Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
